OphiCheck needed a way for public visitors to its portal to get direct, specific answers about business registration, taxation, compliance, and auditing — without every question needing a professional Chartered Accountant to respond individually — while still giving the professional CAs using the platform their own authenticated login separate from the public flow.
We built an AI-powered chatbot on PragyaAI, scoped specifically to business registration, taxation, compliance, and audit questions, answering from OphiCheck's own curated knowledge base rather than an open-ended general-purpose model. Professional CAs log in through a distinct, authenticated area of the same portal.
Public visitors to OphiCheck's portal get direct answers to compliance and taxation questions from the knowledge base, while professional CAs have their own separate, authenticated workspace on the same platform.
