Client Engagements
Specific project terms, deliverables, and payment schedules are defined in individual client agreements, which take precedence over this general policy for that engagement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a client contract, work product delivered as part of a custom engagement belongs to the client upon final payment. Pragyasuite retains rights to its own internal tools and products.
Limitation of Liability
Pragyasuite Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law.
